By using our Service and providing your User Content, you give us your explicit consent to process this data, including your voice recordings and stories, for the purpose of creating and training an AI model that represents your persona. This AI model is a core feature of our Service. You can manage and delete your User Content through your account dashboard. Deleting User Content will remove it from our active databases and storage, and it will no longer be used to inform your AI persona's responses.

Shared Legacy Pages: If you create and share a link to your legacy page, individuals with that link will be able to interact with your AI persona. Your display name will be visible on this page.

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
